Roto Aerator

The "Roto-Aerator" is an economical  Aerator perfect for the toughest New Zealand conditions. Designed to aerate compacted soil and air restricted lawns it is ideal for Landscaping companies and turf care contractors, robust enougn for hire companies and economical enough for domestic operators.

Why Aerate?

The Roto-Aerator operates to remove small evenly spaced cores (20mm diameter and 70mm deep) of soil and thatch to enable air, moisture and fertilizer to penetrate down to the root zone. The cores brought to the surface contain micro-organisms which help break down the woody thatch tissue which allows the roots of the existing lawn grass to spread out and grow deeper, creating a healthier, thicker lawn.Aeration may be undertaken at any time the lawn is actively growing.
